Upon high school graduation, students have the choice to enroll in college, train for a career and/or become an entrepreneur. UEC supports high school graduates as they progress down one of these pathways with training, scholarships and grants.

UEC works alongside Compton residents, city officials, organizations and businesses to develop interdependent neighborhoods by training and empowering people to transform their communities.
