Unearth & Empower Communities (UEC) is a grassroots movement rooted in Compton, California since 2013, dedicated to building with people, eliminating poverty, and leading with justice—one neighborhood at a time.

We create cradle-to-career pathways to college, employment, and entrepreneurship for youth through STEM education, the arts, and community empowerment.
